Simple Affordable Websites the name says exactly what I do.  
I am E. David Moulton a writer living in Charleston, South Carolina. My own highly successful website www.ProdigalChild.net created to promote my novel led to requests from other people and businesses to build websites for them. (See the Portfolio on the left.)
Starting at $45 a page, a four page site would cost $180, a five page site like the one you are looking at now would cost $225. Why pay more when a simple but tastefully designed site is all you need?
The above price will apply if you supply the picture and text in a format that can be copied and pasted into the site. In other words you supply the material and I will put it all together.  
If you need help with the content I can do that, but will need to charge at the rate of $50 per hour in addition to the base charge of $45 a page for any art work, text or pictures I create or spend time downloading.  
If you need me to maintain your site and change content on an ongoing basis the cost would be $35 per hour.  
These are very competitive prices. Most of the sites I create average around $400 - $500. Some website design companies charge that much for one page. Remember I can work within a budget.
You will need to find a web hosting company and pay for this service separately. I recommend Globalnet Domain Hosting Their Starter Plan costs $9.95 a month this includes your domain name free. Their tech support is excellent and if there is a problem with your site you can go on line or call a toll free number for instant help.

Terms of Business
  I will need a down payment equal to one half of the estimated cost of your website. This payment can be made by check. Out of state checks will need to clear first before I complete your site. However in good faith I may complete a home page for your new site while the check is clearing. Balance would be due when the site is completed to your satisfaction.
